SD card / SD mode / i.MX6

This is a set of example captures of SD cards in "SD mode" (not SPI mode).
The cards were used in an eval board based on the Freescale i.MX6 Quad.
- Working: Transcend 16GB micro SDHC
- Failing: SanDisk 2GB class 2 SD card
