In all current PDs it is not necessary to raise an exception upon invalid states (of the PD's state machine), since we can guarantee that no such invalid state can ever be reached in these PDs.

This automatically figures out the files to install for each protocol decoder, without involving autotools. All python files (filenames ending in .py) are always installed. The Python module name is determined by the directory name (e.g. dcf77), the *.py file names in that directory don't matter and can be kept consistent.

This shall support the original National LM75 I2C-based temperature sensor, as well as various compatible devices of other vendors, such as the Fairchild FM75, Dallas DS75, and so on. Currently only 9bit resolution is supported, and not all commands are decoded, yet. The register contents and temperatures are decoded correctly though, and can be output in both Celsius and Kelvin.
