The DDC decoder takes input from the I2C PD.

While 'data' is of type 'bytes', 'data[0]' for example is of type 'int',
thus the ord() there is neither needed nor correct anymore (yields an error).

In Python 3 there's no xrange() anymore, only range().
|

Since Python 3 there are some explicit int() casts needed.
